About LurqAI

About lurqAI lurqAI is an AI-powered recruiter and business development engine designed to multiply recruiter output. We’re building an end-to-end system that takes a single Resume and turns it into qualified opportunities, introductions, and revenue. What it does: Parses candidate experience, skills, seniority, location, and compensation Maps candidates against live job requirements across the market Scores candidate–job fit with explainable reasoning Identifies hiring managers and decision-makers Generates and sends tailored candidate submission Runs multi-touch outbound campaigns automatically Tracks engagement and outcomes What it replaces: Manual job board searching Time-consuming shortlisting LinkedIn prospecting Guesswork submissions First-touch business development In short, lurqAI acts as a revenue multiplier for recruiters. We are not replacing recruiters, we are augmenting them with AI-assisted market mapping and candidate introduction workflows.
