About Lush Life Productions

Lush Life is the first bartender advocacy agency specializing in cost-free education, entertainment, and opportunities for bartenders developed through thoughtful partnerships with spirits brands and bar-focused products. Using our network of over 200,000 bartenders, we help brands better understand the hospitality industry community and advocate for better pay, treatment, and opportunities in the food and beverage fields. We also curate and execute educational and experiential programs that help bartenders further their careers while building community with their peers and the brands that support them. We host large-scale, in-person events like Camp Runamok and Portland Cocktail Week, along with organizing distinct experiences for brands to host hospitality professionals. We develop media, marketing materials, and other collateral to help brands thrive in a crowded market and to understand the community we both serve.
