About Lux Blox LLC

This is what structure looks like. Lux Blox brings the fun and excitement of engineering principles into the classroom. Called “The Next-level LEGO” by New York Magazine, this revolutionary new block replicates what nature does at a molecular level, allowing from simple to very complex structures to be built. Lux’s patented snapping hinge connects through linking, which creates structures that can move, bend and fold. This STEM.org authenticated block has been recognized with many notable awards including the 2019 FedEx Small Business Challenge Grand Prize, Parents' Choice Gold Award, and Top Toy for Teens and Top STEM Toy by the Center for Autism and Related Disorders. Based in central Illinois, Lux is 100% manufactured in the United States and is a woman-owned business. Lux Blox can be found in maker-spaces, classrooms, after-school programs and at science and math museums around the globe. Lux is changing the way we look at play and learning.
