About Luxembourg for Transparency

Luxembourg for Transparency (L4T) is a new non-governmental, nonprofit association (asbl) based in the Grand Duchy. We operate independently of partisan, ideological, or religious influence. Our mission is to advance transparency and integrity in Luxembourg for a just, corruption-free world. This mission is driven by a simple belief: a better future is attainable when transparency and integrity are the norm, and corruption and secrecy are the exceptions. We envision a Luxembourg where transparency, accountability, and integrity are integral to society, actively engaging in global efforts to combat corruption and all other financial crimes. We chose the name “Luxembourg for Transparency” purposefully. While being “against corruption” is essential, it defines us by what we oppose. Being “for transparency” and integrity defines the kind of society and world we aspire to help shape.
