About Luz Retreats

Luz Retreats was born to encourage you to expand your potential, by providing you powerful tools to help you to cope with stress, anxiety, sleep issues and to release mental and behavioral patterns that don’t serve you anymore. Our life transforming mindfulness retreats aim to revitalize you and to be the catalyzer to access a meaningful lifestyle. We offer a small group setting environment for a more personalized experience and close support in a stunning beach villa in the Algarve, Portugal. If you would like to have a transformational experience with us, feel free to contact me via private message or whatsaap +351 966 202 198.
