About LUZEDO

As a tech start-up rooted in the heart of Vienna, we are pioneering an innovative solution, transforming the retail environment for visually impaired and blind employees with the help of AI. Our groundbreaking app is designed to ensure inclusivity and efficiency by empowering them to perform tasks independently with the same proficiency and ease as their sighted colleagues. Additionally, our B2B solution is custom-made for brick-and-mortar stores, aiming to foster a work environment where every employee, regardless of visual capabilities, can excel. Our primary objective is to tackle the high unemployment rate faced by the blind and visually impaired by providing them with tools that level the playing field. Businesses that integrate our solution not only champion in the future of inclusive retail but also advance their ESG goals. With us, the vision is clear: We want to create a world where potential is recognised and nurtured, irrespective of physical limitations, by bridging gaps trough technology – thus giving equal opportunities to all people.
