We are a full-service real estate agency, specializing in residential & commercial sales, leasing, and property management since 1981. Founded by Annie Chen, owner/broker. We have represented clients buying and selling homes ranging from below $100,000 to several million dollars, as far reaching as Montgomery, Fulshear, Sheldon, Richmond, and Galveston and as close in as downtown Houston/Inner Loop, Bellaire, Tanglewood, River Oaks, West University, Memorial, and EaDo. We help buyers and sellers who from the Houston area, out of town, and across the globe — many investors come from overseas. Our property management portfolio includes such varied investment homes as condos on Lake Conroe and in the Medical Center, mid-rise condos in River Oaks, luxury high-rise condos in the Galleria area, townhomes in the Energy Corridor, duplexes in West Houston, large and small urban and suburban single-family houses from the Heights to Chinatown to Sugar Land to Jersey Village to Katy to Spring, and everything and everywhere in between.
