When the wind blows in from the north between alpine peaks, fishing in the northern fjords is a brisk affair. Still, we've been harvesting prawns here since 1950. That’s because we know the cold, clear waters give prawns from Lyngenfjord a truly unique quality and taste. And so, we’ll keep doing just that — even when the fjords turn white from the northerly wind now and then. Because we believe these prawns are worth it.
