About Lynx Training Academy

Lynx Training Academy delivers NHS-approved Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training on Learning Disability and Autism across South Yorkshire. We are proud to be one of the very few approved providers in the region, delivering both Tier 1 and Tier 2 training in line with national framework requirements. Our training is co-produced and co-delivered with people who have lived experience. This ensures sessions are not only compliant, but meaningful, practical and impactful for frontline professionals.
