M&H Carriers Distribution Service jobs and careers

About M&H Carriers Distribution Service

M&H Carriers is one of Scotland’s leading independent logistics, courier and distribution companies, delivering parcels, pallets, freight and two-person goods across the Highlands, Islands and Central Belt. Founded in 1987, the business began as a small Highland delivery service and has grown into a major Scottish transport network, with hubs in Inverness, Aberdeen, Dundee, Perth and Argyll, supported by a wide network of local depots across the north of Scotland. Our depot-first model allows us to provide reliable delivery and logistics services in both urban areas and some of the most remote parts of the UK. Today, M&H Carriers works with national carrier networks, retailers, SMEs and local businesses, providing parcel delivery, pallet distribution, freight transport and home delivery services throughout Scotland and the wider UK. By combining national partnerships with local knowledge, we are able to deliver where many larger networks cannot. The company operates a modern fleet of lorries, vans and specialist delivery vehicles, supported by experienced drivers, warehouse teams and operational staff who understand the challenges of delivering across rural Scotland, the Highlands and the Islands. With over 30 years of experience and a growing workforce, M&H Carriers continues to invest in its people, fleet and infrastructure to ensure dependable service, strong partnerships and long-term growth across the Scottish logistics sector. Whether supporting global carrier networks or local customers with a single delivery, our focus remains the same, reliable service, local knowledge and a network built for Scotland.
