M3 Investment Group LP (“M3IG”) was formed by its partners in 2026 to build upon the successful 25-year track record of its predecessor firm (M3 Investment Group LLC, “M3”). Our management team spent a combined 54 years at M3, including working closely together since 2012. Chris Vallace, M3IG’s Managing Partner, was a founding partner of M3 and served on its Board of Directors. M3 was a global real estate investment and advisory firm which managed over $16 billion of real estate assets and operating companies through the firm’s registered investment advisor, Evergreen Investment Advisors (“EIA”), and advised on over $150 billion of real estate transactions through its strategic capital advisory business, M3 Capital Partners (“M3CP”). M3 successfully sold M3CP in 2023 to a global alternative investment manager, and EIA in 2025 to its successor management team.
