About M3 Job Club

M3 Job Club is a career transition charity that helps professionals rebuild their working lives with confidence, clarity and connection. By career transition, we mean the practical and emotional support people need when moving from one stage or field to another, whether that’s due to redundancy, a career break or a personal decision to change direction. Our services, which are free to members, give them the structure, skills and steady encouragement at a time when things can feel uncertain. With expert professional presenters, strong business partnerships and a warm, collaborative environment, M3JC blends practical skills development, from CV refinement to interview preparation, with confidence building and peer support. Our donation-funded, rolling, 16-week programme gives our members the space and tools to regain clarity, strengthen their personal brand and feel ready for their next step. Since 2011, we have welcomed more than 2,700 professionals from across Hampshire, Surrey and Berkshire. What we offer is simple and effective: a calm, supportive environment where people rediscover their strengths, regain momentum and move forward with purpose. Our partnerships with local businesses are central to what we do, whether that’s sponsoring programmes, delivering sessions, offering practical support or supporting us financially. Together, we help people get back on their feet and strengthen the wider community.
