About M3 Perform

Company founders Ben Cartwright and Lloyd Gordon started M3 Perform and the values it works by to provide clients with a positive, competitive and fun environment that can not be achieved in a commercial gym. They developed a system that hard working professionals can stick to without having to use rigid nutrition and training plans, that will allow them to get results around their busy work and life schedules. They brought together a hand-picked team of coaches, with the right mindset, a right skill set to help our clients achieve all of their health and fitness goals. Now M3 Perform delivers amazing results to everyday people on a regular basis, working with them, to find a health and fitness regime that works around them, their work life, and their personal life.
