About Mackerel Design

Mackerel Design Studio (MDS.) is a multidisciplinary design practice founded in 2024 by two designers with diverse educational and cultural backgrounds. Rooted in Los Angeles, we explore the intersections of design, art, and technology, shaping thoughtful and functional experiences. With backgrounds in product design, industrial design, fashion, and engineering, we embrace problem-solving with elegance and intention. MD_S is a growing studio—always learning, adapting, and pushing the boundaries of what we can become. We believe in collaboration, curiosity, and the power of thoughtful design to create meaningful impact.
