Moving beyond traditional "land and expand" consulting, we equip your transformation team to independently lead discovery and design for HR and TA transformation projects. MACS provides: The MACS Program: An end-to-end learning experience with offsite training, project guidance, and essential tools and templates. TOMA Fundamentals Course: An offsite program for HR and TA professionals to gain a comprehensive understanding of TOMA. The TOMA Report: A unique CHRO study, delivered through verbal interviews, focusing on Talent Operating Model Architecture (exclusively for Australia and Singapore).
