About Made Not Born

Made Not Born is a leadership development practice with a simple purpose: making great modern leaders. Because great leadership matters more than ever in this challenging modern world, but it can also feel more daunting than ever. And because it doesn’t have to feel like that: leadership is something you can learn. Great modern leaders are made, not born. We demystify modern leadership, helping our clients learn to lead with authenticity and skill in ways that get to great results with great humanity. Founded and led by experienced executive coach Alison Chadwick (as the evolution of her established coaching practice Grow People), Made Not Born delivers 1:1 executive coaching, team coaching and leadership training in the UK and globally, on screen and in person. We work across sectors but specialise in working with creative and entrepreneurial organisations. Alison also hosts the Made Not Born podcast, about learning to lead.
