Madicon AB jobs and careers

About Madicon AB

Madicon is a management consultant agency specialized in supporting managers and in challenging the normal.  We know leaders are in an exposed position and need somebody experienced who can discuss and challenge in a constructive way. We know because we have been there ourselves. Contrary to other consultant companies our consultants/sherpas have spent most of their career as operational managers. Our services generate results through operational support to leaders in demanding situations. We help leaders reach set goals, both short-term and long-term. Madicons´ clients get access to senior Speaking Partners, strategy consulting, modern methods and a valuable network. We understand the challenges companies face throughout the business lifecycle; our solutions and experience enhance organizational performance in each phase of the development of the company.  We call ourselves Business Sherpas - we know the paths, we have walked them.
