About MagicMenu.ai

MagicMenu, Inc. is building the foundational operating system for the AI-driven kitchen — the system-of-record that connects every step from dietary needs to plate, end to end. Today's kitchens run on fragmented workflows, manual handoffs, and tribal knowledge. Dietary requirements tracked on paper. Purchasing done from memory. Compliance assembled after the fact. Every gap is where mistakes happen, time is lost, and money is wasted. This isn't a technology problem that's been ignored — it's a data infrastructure problem that hasn't existed until now. MagicMenu is that infrastructure. Our platform ingests dietary and nutritional requirements, enforces compliance at the recipe level, optimizes purchasing, and generates documentation automatically — creating a single structured data layer across the entire kitchen workflow. The result: dramatic time savings, fewer errors, lower costs, and full operational visibility from planning through service. The bigger picture: as AI copilots and robotics reshape food preparation, every automated system will need a trusted data backbone — what to make, for whom, with what constraints, at what cost. MagicMenu is that backbone. We're not digitizing today's kitchen. We're building the integration layer autonomous systems will run on tomorrow. We start in luxury senior living — therapeutic diets, allergen safety, regulatory compliance — the hardest version of the problem and the perfect proving ground. From there, we expand across institutional dining, into restaurants and catering, and ultimately into the home as AI-assisted cooking becomes reality. Founded by an MIT-trained aerospace systems engineer with Boeing 787 experience, MagicMenu brings the rigor used to build aircraft to an industry on the verge of its biggest transformation. MagicMenu: The operating system for every kitchen that's ready for what's next.
