Our roots go back to G2K, the AI platform we founded, built, scaled worldwide, and sold to ServiceNow in 2023 – one of Europe’s largest AI exits, and a rare startup-to-NYSE path in German tech history. That experience shapes everything we do. Magnat is an early-stage tech fund backing founder-led B2B software companies, primarily in the areas of Edge, IoT, Cybersecurity, Computer Vision, and industry-specific AI – the domains we know from the inside.
