MagniPartners will be focusing on the Nordic market and Nordic clients with investments outside the Nordic Area based on the following client groups: Local and International banks and mortgage banks with focus on the Nordic area and/or with Nordic exposure mainly within the real estate industry Lawyers and other advisors with focus on the Real Estate Sector Investors with direct or indirect investments or interest in the Real Estate Sector One of our strengths is that we have over the years succeeded in linking the groups of interest in the transactions to create longtime sustainable solutions. This is from our point of view even more important in the current situation in the Nordic market. The MagniPartners team has since the beginning of the 90’ties been involved in both transactions and re-constructions and we are therefore a natural co-operation partner/contractor if you want someone to take care of your transaction and/or protect your position in the current market.
