At Maieutiké, we work with companies that don’t just want to “run training programmes”, but want to understand what can truly change in the way people work together. We design learning experiences focused on leadership, communication, organisational culture and people development, always starting from real situations and shared reflection. For us, training works best when it creates space to think, ask better questions and see things from a different perspective. We support companies, managers and teams in designing tailored learning paths, built around real needs rather than standard models. We also work with funded training programmes, helping organisations navigate available funds and opportunities. But funding, on its own, is not enough: it is useful when it supports meaningful learning, not when it replaces it. We work where answers are not immediate and questions make the difference. That’s often where the most interesting changes begin.
