Maileg (pronounced My’lye) is a brand of Danish-designed toys and carefully crafted home interior. Founded in 1999 by Danish designer, Dorthe Mailil, and her husband, Erik Mailil, the name "Maileg" is a blend of their last name and the word “leg” – the Danish word for play. In today's busy world, Maileg offers an enchanting escape - a rabbit hole into a world, where you can journey hand in paw on exciting adventures with your trusty Maileg friend. What will you do today? Like the imagination knows no bounds, the Maileg world is always expanding. We are the proud makers of everything from baby toys to soft toys, dollhouses, dollhouse furniture, as well as home interior for children and adults, gift wrap supplies, and Christmas and Easter decorations. This way, our customers can keep adding new tales to their stories and, when they find the time is right, let their Maileg keepsakes go the next generation of their family.
