About Majengo Canada

Majengo is the Swahili word for “build.” And that’s our commitment to the children of the Majengo Children’s Home in Tanzania. We provide stability, security, and support for the children in our care by offering good nutrition, medical services, clothing, and education. From childhood through to adulthood, we help them build their futures, encouraging them to become vital, self-sufficient, and contributing members of their community. At Majengo, we’re not just building a home. We’re building futures, one child at a time.
