About Major Noors

At Major Noor’s, we believe every great flavour tells a story and ours begins over eight decades ago, in the jungles of Burma during World War II. Today, more than 85 years later, his grandsons Imran and Abbas have rekindled that legacy. Inspired by their grandfather’s memories and recipes, they’ve crafted Major Noor’s Chilli Mint Sauce a truly authentic Indian sauce that captures the perfect balance of spice and freshness. Made with Firecracker Naga Chillies for intense, natural heat and fresh mint leaves for a cooling finish, this sauce is handcrafted with care, combining traditional methods with modern taste. Every bottle is a fusion of heritage and innovation, bringing to life a premium condiment that’s bold, refreshing, and unforgettable. Whether drizzled over grilled meats, mixed into wraps or sandwiches, or used as a dip or marinade, Major Noor’s Chilli Mint Sauce transforms every meal into a culinary experience. It’s more than a sauce it’s a heritage recipe reborn, carrying forward a story of family, courage, and flavour across generations. From the battlefields of Burma to tables around the world, Major Noor’s legacy lives on one delicious bite at a time. Most importantly, Major Noors is proud to be partnering with the Royal British Veterans Industry (RBVI), an organization dedicated to supporting veterans in their transition to civilian life and providing them with essential resources and opportunities. Their work is invaluable in helping those who have served our country. As part of our collaboration, we are committed to donating 10p for every bottle sold to support RBVI's initiatives. Together, we can make a meaningful impact in the lives of our veterans!
