About Make Sense Lab Marketing

Make Sense Lab is a boutique consulting firm helping founders and business owners see reality before it hits their wallet. We blend economics (unit economics, funnels, money leaks) and psychology (customer barriers, founder biases, behavioral churn) to give clear, no-BS answers: Is this idea/product/direction worth pursuing? Where are the hidden risks of failure? Next steps: kill, pivot, or go with a roadmap? Who we serve: - Early-stage founders and product teams - Small & medium businesses ready to scale without chaos - Relocated entrepreneurs (Serbia/Europe adaptation) We combine market research, strategic thinking, and behavioral insights to create systems that work beyond trends. We work with founders, experts, and service-based businesses at early and growth stages.
