About MakeSpace

MakeSpace is project management and property advisory established by Unison Housing. As a social enterprise, our mission is to support housing providers to deliver more homes for the people and communities that need them most. We offer end-to-end development services, supporting community housing, aged care, SDA and student accommodation providers to deliver social infrastructure projects in Australia. But our impact doesn’t stop there. Every dollar we earn gets reinvested back into the sector to build more housing solutions. We are committed to building strategic partnerships to scale our impact across the industry - delivering more homes sooner. Ready to make a difference? Reach out to our team today to find out more.
