About Making Projects Work Ltd

We work with people in large organisation who are grappling with tricky projects. Tricky can mean ambiguous or complex (or, more usually, both) usually with a fair amount of risk to deal with. More often than not, we work with projects where teams are spread out geographically and need to communicate virtually. Here are some examples of our clients and their tricky projects we've helped them succeed with: NHS: Supported a business manager to project manage the Armchair Involvement engagement across the NHS ESI: Run workshops with their clients across Europe and the Middle East, introducing business analysis and requirements management Abbot Laboratories: Developed the facilitation skills of their learning and development team Sellafield Sites: Working with knowledge managers to develop their visual skills.
