About Making Space Psychotherapy
Making Space Psychotherapy is a modern clinic providing high-quality, open-minded, and meaningful psychotherapy to Adults, Couples+, Parents, Teens and Children 3+. With 2 locations we happily serve those in the Greater Hamilton Area, the Halton/Burlington area, and across Canada. We are a team of Registered Psychotherapists who work with a number of issues and specialize in trauma and relationships. Each therapist has a masters degree, specialized training and also offers their own niche areas of focus. Our work is informed by neuroscience, attachment theory and mind-body approaches to support deep healing. We therefore offer evidence-based approaches such as AF-EMDR, IFS, parts work, Somatic, Polyvagal, Sensorimotor, Brainspotting, EFT, DBT and ACT. We are also passionate about providing a trauma-informed and responsive physical space for those who wish to work with us in person. Hamilton Office: Our beautiful, peaceful clinic sits on a quiet, eclectic street between McMaster Innovation Park and Dundurn with quick access to the 403, free parking and steps from transit. Burlington Office: Our beautiful, quiet offices in Burlington are conveniently located in a modern setting just off the QEW/Guelph Line exit on Harvester Road. With loads of free parking and transit at our door. In-person, virtual and phone sessions are available at both locations. Contact us today and book a free 20 min consultation call directly with one of our talented therapists! 289-904-0400 (text/call) office@makingspacetherapy.ca
