About Making Yourself at Home

Join Clara (Spain), Brian (USA), and Alina (Romania) as we explore what it means to “make yourself at home” in New Zealand—especially in Taranaki. Making Yourself at Home is a welcoming space where migrants and Kiwis share their personal stories, unique perspectives, and the journey of settling into life in Aotearoa. Each episode features real conversations that highlight community projects, programs, and initiatives supporting a smoother transition and stronger connections. Proudly supported by the Ethnic Communities Development Fund through the Ministry for Ethnic Communities, we celebrate diversity, grow skills, and create spaces where all cultures feel seen, heard, and at home.
