About Makower Architects

Makower Architects is a culturally-rooted architecture and urbanism practice. Tim founded Makower Architects in 2012, after many years as Partner of Allies and Morrison. Makower Architects' approach to design, at all scales, is one of ‘contemporary contextualism' - by which we mean that the seed of design should grow out of its context, in time and place, in order to fit in.
