About Malcolm Payne Group Limited

Malcolm Payne Group - we combine forty-five years of experience with the enterprise and creativity of a new generation of architects and designers. Working in the related fields of architecture, urban design and building conservation, our overriding objective is to provide our clients with creative solutions that meet their needs and enhance the built environment. An essential part of our work is to integrate new development into the existing urban and rural context, including sensitive historic and natural environments. To this end, we combine the skills to create modern, high quality buildings with the expertise to restore heritage assets and convert them to beneficial use. As a Royal Institute of British Architects’ Chartered Practice, we adhere to well-defined professional standards and quality management procedures. The services we provide extend from site appraisal and conceptual design, through the planning application and building control process to technical design and monitoring construction contracts.
