About Mallorca Distillery SL

Mallorca Distillery is Palma's first small-batch, organic distillery, where the best of the island is infused into the look, feel, and taste of our products. We pride ourselves on crafting premium spirits with a 500-litre copper pot still, ensuring meticulous care in each distillation. We're committed to the island and its environment, working hand-in-hand with local farmers and embracing sustainable foraging to procure the finest organic botanicals. This dedication allows us to bottle the island's distinct flavors and scents, from wildflowers to zesty citrus, reflecting Mallorca's diverse flora.
