Malu Matriarchs Collective (Malu) is a First Nations and Pasifika-led advisory house working where community authority and institutional systems meet. We partner with governments, corporates, development organisations and First Nations businesses to design and deliver strategy, governance and engagement approaches that are community-led, culturally grounded and built to endure. Our work sits at the intersection of Indigenous knowledge systems and contemporary operating environments. We help organisations move beyond transactional engagement toward relational practice — where trust, legitimacy and Free, Prior and Informed Consent (FPIC) guide decision-making, and where outcomes are shaped with communities, not for them. Malu brings together lived cultural authority, board-level experience and practical delivery insight to translate between worlds and embed change that lasts beyond project cycles.
