About Mamma Consulting

Mamma is a boutique event and consulting studio working across events, cities and systems. We design and support events by looking beyond formats and venues - focusing on how space, movement, logistics and people interact under real conditions. Our work spans strategic event consulting, destination-based event support, and complex event delivery, with a strong foundation in executive ground transportation and event logistics. With over a decade of experience in international events and mobility, we understand how cities function when precision, timing and coordination matter. Mamma is a women-owned studio founded and led by Maja and Marija, built on long-term professional experience across corporate, mobility and event environments. We work with organizations, institutions and teams who approach events as more than production - as moments that shape relationships, reputation and long-term positioning. Our role is to bring clarity, structure and continuity to events that require thoughtful planning and reliable execution.
