About Mammoth Projects Pty Ltd

Mammoth Projects is a private company established in 2005 that provides high quality, cost-effective contracting services in construction, fit-out and refurbishment. With over 15 years of experience, we have a proven track record of delivering quality commercial design and construction projects. Mammoth Projects is a highly regarded construction company comprising industry professionals with significant construction and project management expertise. We have a solid client base due to our commitment to service and a proven track record in successfully delivering projects. We can also coordinate specialised services and provide intensive management of construction, fit-out and refurbishment projects Australia-wide. Mammoth Projects believes successful delivery of a project is based on three strategic requirements: • The Right Team - Relevant expertise and the right attitude is vital for each project; that is why we establish clear roles, responsibilities and accountability within a designated project team. One of Mammoth’s principals, Alexander Cook or Blair McKechnie, takes the lead role as ‘Project Director’. Their role as Project Director is to liaise effectively with the client’s decision-makers and ensure client expectations are appropriately managed. • Clear Communication - We ensure everyone involved in the project is well-informed and involved in encouraging a proactive approach. • Proven Project Delivery Methodology – A practical methodology is essential to enable critical objectives, milestones, and quality expectations to be met in all phases of the project.
