About Management Control Systems Limited (MC Systems)

Our history began on Valentine’s day, 1973 with six employees full of heart, vision and a commitment to creating the ‘next big idea.’ Five years later we became a proud member of the JN Group. We have since evolved from primarily processing payroll to providing leading-edge technology solutions for businesses in the Caribbean. As a game changer we put ideas into action. We are a team of pioneers, first to market with technology advances including an internet-based money transfer system; an online payroll processing application; electronic phone card top up; cash deposits, cash recycling and card-less cash deposits at the ATMs; mobile POS application; Staff Loan App. We are the Jamaica Exporters’ Association 2016 Champion Exporter for services delivered across the Caribbean, a first for a technology company. Over the years our partners have recognized our work and commitment through numerous awards, including “Best Value Added Integrator in the world” and “Innovation Award for Latin America and the Caribbean” from VeriFone, “Regional Solution Provider of the Year (Caribbean)” from Mitel, “Innovation Delivered” from Diebold, “Excellence Award” from Hewlett Packard, “Best Small Business Solution in the Caribbean and Latin American Region” and “Best e-Commerce site award for the Caribbean” from Microsoft. With over 90 experienced, certified professionals and a business model with 47 years of getting things done, we offer agile solutions that enable businesses to perform efficiently. Our offerings currently span 19 countries in the English speaking Caribbean. As a go-to technology partner, our simple but sustained focus has always been to help our clients succeed, that’s our business. With innovation in our DNA, we strive in our commitment to take emerging technologies, put them into action and make them yours.
