Management School LLC offers its flagship manager training program — Take the L.E.A.D., designed for new, emerging, or under-trained managers ready to lead with confidence. Because promotion doesn’t always mean preparation, our team of experienced mentors equips your managers with the tools, coaching, and confidence to succeed. What Is Take the L.E.A.D.? A management development experience combining in-person workshops, small-group coaching, and 1:1 support — all grounded in practical, real-world application. Each cohort of up to 25 managers learns together in an interactive, supportive environment that fosters insight, connection, and accountability. Program Topics The program covers four essential leadership topics, each building critical capabilities around one powerful idea. The first cohort launching in January 2026 will follow a monthly format, but the program can also be delivered in accelerated formats such as a one-week intensive or a one-month condensed series to fit your organization’s schedule.
