Founded in Copenhagen in 2023 and inspired by the New Nordic Cuisine Manifesto, Manna aims to pair Nordic Cuvées with the best Scandinavian dishes. Manna produces Nordic Cuvées from locally grown fruit, cultivated in the Zealand countryside and vinified just a few miles from the orchards.
