About Mansion Property Management Limited

Founded in 2007, Mansion Property Management Limited is a beacon of excellence in the property investment industry. Specialists in Student Accommodation and Property Investment, we have refined our services through experience and analysis. Our business model is simple and effective; we acquire, refurbish or develop, property to ANUK standards in specialist student accommodation, priding ourselves on delivering a class-leading service in all the areas we touch upon. Our approach is completely unique within the marketplace, with all aspects of the investment process being managed in-house; from acquisition through to subsequent disposal. The company’s central business functions are based at the head office in Cheadle, Cheshire which supports Mansion Student, part of our Group of Companies. Mansion Student provides stylish, modern accommodation in the UK, with dedicated onsite Hospitality and Maintenance Teams to ensure that staying with us is an enjoyable and stress-free experience. By offering students safe, high-quality places to live and work, and crafting stable, attractive returns for investors we meet both sets of needs. Operating throughout the UK, we employ property skills and financial expertise to perform these two tasks better than anyone else. Our aim is to provide a market-leading combination of high-quality accommodation for students at an attractive price. We believe in passion, integrity, quality and ambition; these values are at the heart of everything we do and have helped us to achieve the Investors in People Award.
