About Manton Property

Manton is an independent advisory practice working with private clients, family offices and organisations on significant property decisions and projects. We are typically engaged at an early stage — often before a purchase completes or a clear brief is in place — to bring clarity and structure to situations that are complex, time-sensitive, and where the cost of getting it wrong is significant. Our role is to act as an independent voice on the client side, helping define the right strategy, assess opportunities, and guide decision-making before a project formally begins. As projects develop, we help assemble the right professional teams and provide ongoing oversight, ensuring that decisions are taken in the right order, risk is properly understood, and delivery proceeds with control and alignment. We are independent of contractors, architects and suppliers, allowing us to offer objective judgement across residential, estate, commercial and international property. Our work is relationship-led and largely referral-based, often involving situations where discretion, judgement and continuity are required from the outset.
