MANUSHA School of Social Research and Human Resource Development is a registered non-governmental organization working for the advancement of child and adolescent well-being, 2000. Manusha is registered with Niti Ayog of India, and the unique ID of the organization is KL/2014/0080658. The organization holds a CSR 1 certification. Manusha is implementing two Kaval projects in Kozhikode district which are supported by the Department of Women and Child Development, Government of Kerala. A systematic and structured methodology is developed to support children in conflict with law there by reducing the potential danger of being labelled and isolated from society. The 2nd major project undertaken by Manuhsa is 'Kaval Plus' which provides holistic care and support for children in need of care and protection and survivors of child sexual abuse. Manusha is running four Kaval plus projects in Kozhikode and Kannur districts supported by the Department of Women and Child Development, Government of Kerala.
