About Marbella Club Hills, Benahavís

Marbella Club Hills is a private residential collection in the hills of Benahavís, set within 158,000 square metres of protected landscape between Marbella Club Golf Resort and Anantara Villa Padierna Palace. Only 5% of the land is designated for construction — a deliberate decision that preserves privacy, panoramic views and long-term value. The development comprises 110 residences and 10 villas, released across four phases, each positioned to capture uninterrupted views of the Mediterranean, Gibraltar and the Atlas Mountains. Designed by the acclaimed studio Villarroel-Torrico, the architecture balances contemporary Mediterranean design with landscape integration — generous terraces, natural materials and seamless indoor-outdoor living. Located 15 minutes from Puerto Banús and 20 minutes from central Marbella, Marbella Club Hills offers controlled access, low density and direct proximity to golf, equestrian facilities and coastal amenities — while remaining removed from the congestion of the coastline. It is conceived for international owners seeking discretion, natural surroundings and a considered investment in one of southern Europe’s most resilient luxury markets.
