Our company operates in Spain, specifically in the areas of Marbella and Sotogrande (for the record - Sotogrande was named the most expensive real estate in Europe by The Times in 2006). About two years ago we started selling apartments, like many of our competitors. However, thanks to our long experience in residential development in the Czech Republic, we have managed to enter the ultra-luxury villa segment in Spain. In 2024, we even completed a record-breaking transaction in Sotogrande worth almost CZK 450 million - the sale of a unique property for a Czech client.   Our main differentiating feature from our competitors is the offer of a completely unique product - the construction of ultra-luxury villas in collaboration with the world's leading architects. We are currently working closely with renowned architect Fran Silvestre (Fran Silvestre Arquitectos). One of the current projects is Villa Halo, which we are adapting in cooperation with him exactly according to the individual requirements of the client.
