About Marchoso Developments

In an ever-evolving world, real estate has to be forward-thinking, creating timeless and luxurious spaces for today, tomorrow, and beyond. Marchoso Developments is a commercial real estate development company in Antigua, specializing in mixed-use developments that combine retail, residential, and office spaces. “Marchoso” is Italian for “lively,” and it’s both our name and our mission statement. We are driven by a vision of refreshing and reviving the local landscape, building fresh, modern spaces where people can live, work, and play. Marchoso’s projects are the first of their makeup in Antigua, where development has traditionally focused on tourism. Our commercial and residential properties are designed to make the most of the beautiful island lifestyle we enjoy here in the Caribbean and to create opportunities for current and future generations of Antigua residents and visitors alike. We’re not just building properties — we’re building communities, connections, and a bright future for this vibrant island in the sun.
