About Marigold Finance

Marigold Finance is a client-focused mortgage and protection advisory firm helping individuals, families, and business owners secure the right funding with confidence and clarity. We specialise in residential mortgages, buy-to-let, remortgages, and protection planning, supporting clients at every stage of their property journey—from first-time buyers to experienced landlords and portfolio holders. Our advice is rooted in detailed fact-finding, affordability analysis, and a clear understanding of lender criteria and long-term client outcomes. What sets us apart is our advice-first approach. We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. Every recommendation is tailored to a client’s objectives, risk profile, and future plans, ensuring the solution remains suitable not just today, but over time. We work with a broad panel of UK lenders, enabling us to support complex scenarios including self-employed income, adverse credit, specialist property types, and later-life considerations. Alongside mortgages, we place strong emphasis on protection planning, helping clients protect their home, income, and family through life insurance, critical illness cover, and income protection. This forms a core part of our holistic advice process and supports long-term financial resilience. We collaborate closely with estate agents, solicitors, accountants, and other professionals to deliver a smooth, transparent experience, while operating within strict regulatory and compliance standards. Integrity, clarity, and consumer duty sit at the heart of everything we do. Our mission is simple: to make complex financial decisions clearer, better informed, and aligned with our clients’ long-term goals. YOUR PROPERTY MAY BE REPOSSESSED IF YOU DO NOT KEEP UP REPAYMENTS ON YOUR MORTGAGE. Most buy to let mortgages are not regulated by The Financial Conduct Authority.
