Marine Resources Council (MRC) is a 501(c)(3) charitable nonprofit dedicated to protecting and restoring the Indian River Lagoon, one of our Earth’s rarest and most valuable natural treasures. Based in Palm Bay, Florida, MRC was founded in 1983. LagoonWatch, MRC's signature citizen science program, has been monitoring water quality in the Lagoon for 34 years.
