About Marino Design Consulting (MDC)

Founded by Gerald Marino, CPD in 2006 and now a Keel's Landing Partner Company, Marino Design Consulting (MDC) is a full mechanical, electrical & plumbing (MEP) design services firm. As a trusted advisor and collaborator with over 40 years of industry experience, we are very familiar with a fast-paced design environment, focusing on quality and meeting required project deadlines. Friendly. Fast. Fair. Repeat. At MDC, we don’t believe in flair for flair’s sake. We believe in being the dependable ones. The ones who send the estimate early, draw it clean, price it right, and answer the phone. We’re not trying to win awards. We’re trying to win trust.
