We then use this map of the Customer Buying Journey to enable our clients to develop their business strategies and to align marketing and sales investments to how their market buys. We believe that many of today’s selling approaches and marketing initiatives simply do not go far enough. Success in today’s market is through looking beyond the internal aspects of sales and marketing approaches to the external reality of how customer’s actually buy.
