About Market Tech

Strategic Leadership. Technical Precision. Proven Results. With over 25 years of experience at the intersection of technology and business strategy, I help organizations navigate complex digital landscapes. My career has evolved from characterizing mission-critical systems at Rafael and Bank Hapoalim to leading large-scale departments at Ewave. Today, as the CEO of Market Tech, I lead a boutique consultancy that provides high-impact Fractional C-Suite Leadership and technical excellence. We specialize in four core pillars designed to drive organizational growth and efficiency: 1. CIO as a Service (Chief Information Officer) We conduct deep-dive audits and restructure internal IT infrastructures. My focus is on ensuring enterprise-grade security, scalability, and seamless cross-departmental integration to turn IT into a growth engine. 2. RPA & Automation We modernize legacy workflows by architecting and implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and AI-driven solutions. We eliminate operational bottlenecks and reduce manual error to maximize ROI across the entire organization. 3. CMO as a Service (Chief Marketing Officer) We provide strategic marketing leadership with a heavy emphasis on data. This includes optimizing Marketing Technology (MarTech) stacks and aligning product roadmaps with market demands to drive sustainable growth. 4. CPO as a Service (Chief Product Officer) We bridge the gap between technical execution and business objectives. I partner with growth-stage companies to architect product development lifecycles that ensure every feature serves a long-term commercial goal. Why work with me? I bring a "hands-on" executive approach. I understand the boardroom, but I also understand the server room. Whether you need a strategic partner to lead a high-stakes project or a fractional leader to guide your digital evolution, I deliver the expertise of a full-time executive with the agility of a boutique consultancy.
