MarketOffer is a UK property investment and leasing business operating across two core areas: 1. Leasing (England-wide) We help landlords and developers secure long-term leases through our network of 400+ supported living and social housing providers. The provider becomes the corporate tenant under a direct agreement with the owner. We introduce the right match and coordinate the process from setup through the term of the lease, including inspections and compliance. 2. Investment & Block Sales (Cambridge Focus) We acquire small residential and mixed-use buildings in Cambridge, typically under-managed or tired stock. We improve and reposition these assets through refurbishment and title restructuring, creating quality homes for premium professionals or long-term supported living where appropriate. We also support block owners across England who are exploring a sale. Cambridge assets may be assessed for direct acquisition. Others are introduced to specialist partner agents. We focus on buying well, structuring carefully, and building long-term value.
